The Refund Policy only applies to Recruitment Users (Employers) as long as all Viajobs services dedicated to Candidates are free of charge!

Thank you for shopping at Viajobs! Please read this policy carefully. This page contains the cancellation and refund policy for Viajobs.eu digital services.

Viajobs, officially represented by Ursabit Group S.R.L, a limited liability company, headquartered in Somesului Street, No. 15, Beclean City, Bistrita Nasaud County, Postal Code 425100, Romania, European Union (collectively, “We”, “Us”, “Our” and “Viajobs”).

By accessing Viajobs Sites, you agree to be bound, without limitation or qualification, by these Terms of Use. If you do not accept our Terms of Use, Privacy Policy, Refund Policy and Cookies Policy, do not use Viajobs Sites and the Viajobs Services.

We do not issue refunds for digital services once the order is confirmed and the project was moved into the planning phase. A refund is not possible for digital services if the service has already been started or completed.

(1) If you wish to terminate the delivery of services, you understand and agree that payments already made are not and shall not be refunded.
(2) You accept and you agree that the purchased services will be used within a maximum of 24 months from the date of the invoice. Unused services (e.g credits) are no longer valid and will be deleted from the Recruiter’s user account after 24 months from the date of the invoice.
(3) Job advertising is non-refundable.
(4) The company’s promotion services are non-refundable.
(5) CV access packages are non-refundable.
(6) Pay-Per-Candidate Screening: Should an Order be cancelled by the Client, the Client shall pay a cancellation fee of 25% of the relevant Fee plus the fees for any screening checks already processed by Viajobs.
(7) CaaS (Candidates as a service) is ordered separately, based on a contract signed between your company and us and is not subject to reimbursement as long as payments for this service are made at the end of each month, after full completion of the service.
(8) Pay-Per-Hire services: Should an Order be cancelled by the Client, the Client shall pay a cancellation fee of 25% of the corresponding fee plus fees for any screening already provided by Viajobs.
(9) Pre-Employment Signed Job Offer is a prepaid service and is non-refundable. This is a pay per candidates leads (payment for potential candidates who sign your company’s job offer).
(10) CoaW (Company as a workforce) services are ordered separately, based on a contract signed between your company and us, and are non-refundable.
(11) CoaS (Company as a Service) services are ordered separately, based on a contract signed between your company and us, and are non-refundable.
(12) Access to Asia Workforce contact information is non-refundable.
(13) Workflow optimization services are ordered separately, based on a contract signed between your company and us, and are non-refundable.
(14) HR Automation services are ordered separately, based on a contract signed between your company and us, and are non-refundable.
(15) Business Digitization services are ordered separately, based on a contract signed between your company and us, and are non-refundable.
(16) Digital Marketing services are ordered separately, based on a contract signed between your company and us, and are non-refundable.
(17) Employer Branding services are ordered separately, based on a contract signed between your company and us, and are non-refundable.
(18) Audit analysis services are ordered separately, based on a contract signed between your company and us, and are non-refundable.
(19) SWOT analysis services are ordered separately, based on a contract signed between your company and us, and are non-refundable.
(20) Research analysis services are ordered separately, based on a contract signed between your company and us, and are non-refundable.
(21) Data research, analysis and interpretation services are non-refundable.
(22) HR services are ordered separately, based on a contract signed between your company and us, and are non-refundable.
(23) No partial reimbursements for projects in the middle of the way through their milestone phases.
(24) No refunds are offered on deposits or payments for abandoned or dormant projects. The cut-off time for abandoned or dormant projects is 30 days.
(25) A client will pay Viajobs a cancellation fee of 25% fee if the project or any portion of the project scope is canceled by the client.
(26) Viajobs reserves the right to cancel any Order at any time in its sole and absolute discretion. In this event, the Client will be refunded in full.
(27) Qualifying refunds will be made to the same account from which the payment was made, not to other accounts or by some other method. Refunds may be subject to transfer fees charged by the payment processor or bank. If these fees arise, the customer will bear these fees. All transactions are made in EURO (€).
(28) Neither party shall be liable for any delay or failure in the performance of its contractual obligations caused by Force Majeure, provided that the party claiming Force Majeure promptly notifies the other party of the Force Majeure.

When partial reimbursement claims may arise

(29) In the case of restricting access to paid service users, they understand and agree that the only claims they can make against Viajobs are limited to requesting a refund of the part of the fee for the restricted period.
(30) Sometimes, Viajobs may be limited by reasons beyond its control to provide services in full. In this case, the customer understands and agrees that the only claims they can make against Viajobs are limited to requesting a partial refund for the part of the service that was not provided. Example: You as a company order 100 Pay-Per-Candidate Screening services, but 10 of the candidates provided by you cannot be reached by Viajobs. In such scenarios, You understand and agree that the only claims you can make against Viajobs are limited to requesting a partial refund for the 10 parts of the service that was not supplied. The same applies to all contracted services where Viajobs may be limited for reasons beyond its control to provide services in full. Partial reimbursement claims apply only to these services:

  • (I) Pay-Per-Candidate Screening
  • (II) Pay-Per-Hire
  • (III) Pre-Employment Signed Job Offer

The deadline for partial refund requests is 30 days from the date of the invoice.
